Fixes / Internal Improvements

• Multi-cloud Network Statistics: Addressed a bug where dashboards were not updating prices after removing Network/Connection.
• Managed Kubernetes Clusters External API (beta testing): Addressed issues with cluster updates and creation of Auto-Scaling (AS) groups using GCP nodes.
• Invoice Processing: Blocked changing the company currency after the first order to prevent discrepancies.
