Data Import
The Import page in Analytics Hub, where you review every billing data source connected to your company.
Overview
The Import page in Analytics Hub shows all billing data sources connected to your company — including the built-in emma source that covers emma-provisioned resources and any external cloud accounts you have added. Use it to see which accounts are actively sending billing data to emma, check when data was last imported, and manage your connections.
To access the Import page, you need the Access FinOps management permission.

The page displays a table listing all billing data sources registered for your company.
Each row in the table contains the following information:
- Source name — The name assigned to the data source when it was connected.
- Status — The current state of the data source:
- Pending — The source has been connected and emma is waiting for the first billing data import.
- Active — The source is working correctly; the last import completed successfully.
- Error — The last import failed. Contact your administrator or reconnect the source.
- Vendor — The cloud provider: AWS, Azure, GCP, or emma (built-in).
- Last import — Date and time of the most recent successful billing data import. Shows — if no import has completed yet.
The built-in emma source is always present in the list. It represents billing data for resources provisioned through emma and cannot be disconnected.
