Disconnect data source

Remove an external billing account from emma, and what happens to its historical cost data.

Overview

Disconnecting a data source removes the connection between emma and your external cloud billing account. After disconnection, costs from that account no longer appear in your FinOps dashboards.

emma retains all historical billing data for the disconnected source for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

To disconnect a data source, you need the Access FinOps management permission.

Page navigation — Navigation → Click on 'Company' → Click on 'Analytics Hub' → Go to 'Import' → Open context menu on a data source row → Click 'Disconnect'
